Registration & Hotel Reservation

Participants of ISCOM2025 are invited to register for the symposium and make their room reservation at the JTB online.
 

Registration Fee Includes
Admissions to all sessions, poster periods, registration kit and program;
LUNCH, DINNER, refreshments breaks and welcome reception at the hotel;
Admission to the BANQUET.


Accommodation Fee
Registration fee does NOT include the accommodation fee.
Below rates are for per person in Japanese Yen, including 10% service charge, 8% consumption tax and breakfast.
 

Students*
Students need to upload a scanned copy of their student ID on the registration website.

Visa Information
ISCOM2025 registrants who are not Japanese citizens should check with the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate to determine the requirements for visas and the time needed for visa applications to be processed.

On-site registraion, Cancellation and Refunds
Those who would like to register on-site, please contact with ISCOM2025 Desk.
In case of cancellation, written notification should be sent directly to the ISCOM2025 desk to avoid any problems.
