Shuttle Bus
- There is a shuttle bus from Toyohashi station to the hotel at the WEST Exit of the station.
- The bus is running every 40 min.
Check-in
- ISCOM check-in counter is located in the hotel lobby on the 1st floor.
- Those who arrive on Monday or thereafter are kindly requested to visit the ISCOM office located in room "Peach (Momo)" on the 1st floor for check-in.
- Each ISCOM participant will receive a symposium kit and room key upon registration.
Meals
- Welcome reception on 28th September will be served in the restaurant "Le Mont" located on the 30th floor.
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served in the Holiday Hall A-B located on the 1st floor.
- Breakfast will be served from 6:30 to 10:00 (9:30 last entry).
Name Badges
Participants and accompanying persons are required to wear the official symposium name card on all symposium occasions.
Refreshments
Refreshments are served in the lobby on the 1st floor during breaks between the oral sessions.
Internet Access
Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel including the conference room.
Secretariat
The ISCOM office is located in room Peach on the 1st floor in front of the conference area.
Photography and Video Policy
- On the grounds of copyright, please refrain from taking photos or videos of slides/posters until given permission by authors.
- ISCOM2025 staff will take snapshots of presenters and group photos.

The organizers are not liable for damages and /or losses of any kind which may be incurred by the Conference delegates or by any other individuals accompanying them, both during the official activities as well as going to/from the Symposium. Delegates are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
