Poster Session

I. Abstract for Poster Presentation
Each participant who wishes to give a poster presentation is also requested to prepare a flash talk (about 2 min).
Please prepare your abstract in English according to the following instructions and send it to the secretariat by e-mail.

1. Length:　Half to one page, A4 size
2. Format:　An example (in MS-Word format) can be downloaded from HERE.
3. Submission:　Please send the abstract in PDF format as an attached file.
4. Send to:　ims-aws2026@ims.ac.jp 
5. Deadline:　Sunday, December 6, 2026 (strict) 

II. Poster Preparation Guidelines
Poster board size:　90 cm wide × 120 cm high
